Big Box Barbeque Pop-Up at Assembly

Assembly is firing up a Texas-style BBQ pop-up with Big Box Barbeque for two Sundays only.

Expect smoked Wagyu brisket, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, smoked chicken, cornbread, proper BBQ sides, tins and live music in the beer garden. The menu also includes smoked and glazed cauliflower for a vegan-friendly option.
